My baby boobie 'seems' ok....Please help, dire need of help :c

My cats front left bottom tooth is kind of at the tip of the gum like it's about to fall out and ever since it's been loose she's had a horrible smell from nowhere in her mouth. The tooth is the only one that looks bad and I fear it might be rotten; Is it ok to push it back in or pull it out? Maybe brush it?
All I know is I cant take my baby to the vet,we can hardly pay for my anything and since vets bills for my cats tooth are in the 300's,it's too expensive.
I need help, advice, anything D: my cats around 9-10 yrs old and I don't want to see her suffer but cant afford to help her,she eats fine and acts the same soft food or hard, but its that single tooth that stands out and Im horribly in fear it might lead to infection due to the way it smells.
Advice please?

The tooth needs removing and the only safe and humane way to do that is under a general anaesthetic.
If you can not afford top take her to the vets then try local PDSA or PSPCA clinics.
