does she need vet attention

i need some advice regarding my cat. She went outside the other day and came back inside with a large gash on her upper left shoulder blade. The wound doesnt look deep but really sare and very large laseration. The entire area has become swollen and she is very sleepy, doent seem intrested in eating or drinking at all. Also her breathing is very raspy (like weezing) please help

sounds as though whatever caused the gash caused bruising and internal damage. iI the breathing continues to get more rapid or if the gums are betting paler then she needs veterinary attention immediately.
If things are stable then he morning willl do, do not try yo feed her before taking her.
