lethargic

for the past few days my cat has been very lethargic and wont eat we took her to the vets and they said it might be either a viral or bacterial infection and gave us some antibiotics since giving her the antibiotics a couple of days ago she has been sick and has poo'd in the house her poo is runny with blood in it what should i do ?
