My cat has swollen lips

Hey, my cat has swollen lips, looks slightly red and sore, anyone know what it could be?

Have been to my local vets and had antibiotics and steroid injections but still hasn't gone down... I went back to vets and they said it would go on its own!! It hasn't!!

Any advice please?

Likely to be an allergic reaction to something. Have you applied any spot ons sprays medications etc? Do you have house plants cut flowers air freshness cacti detergents bleaches etc? Ants bees?
If the answer to all is no and the lips are still swollen then get her back to the vet.now.
