Nursing female ate 1x 400mg Ibuprofen [URGENT]

my dog just accidentally ate 1 tablet of IBUPROFEN 400mg. She has five two-week old puppies that she´s nursing. She also ate several tablets of "medical charcoal" at the same time. Can it harm her and her puppies? Should we prevent her from nursing for some time until the drug is out of her system?? please help. Thank you in advance!

I doubt that there will be any effect from this single incident either to the bitch or the puppies even though at this dose there is the possibility of some irritation to the bowel and effects on kidney and liver function. the simultaneous ingestion of charcoal will have reduced the absorption of the ibubrophen and have protected the bowel lining.
Watch both bitch and pups for any sign of ill health and if in doubt get all to the vet. And put the ibuprophen well out of reach
