Puppy has upset stomach, what could I do to help him for the moment before we take him to the vet this morning?

My mom bought some cheap treats last week and gave my puppy upset stomach. After he ate a treat 2 days ago, he started vomiting undigested food last night. He won't eat anything nor drink water (I help him drink using a syringe). It's 3 AM where I live now and I'm going to bring him to the vet this morning.

He has vomited white liquid in small amounts for a couple of times for the past 6 hours, what could I do to help him for the moment? I cannot sleep and very worried for my dog.

His symptoms include: lethargy, no appetite (food or drink), vomiting white liquid, 39.3*C temperature, dry cold nose, almost pale tongue.

I'm rushing him to the vet this morning, what could I do to help him for the moment?

I suspect that you are on the way to the vet with him now. undigested food returned shortly after devouring a treat of some sort makes me consider the possibility of a portion of the treat or something else causing an obstruction. Just keeep giving him small amounts 5-10 mls of fresh water frequently by mouth if necessary by syringe.
Good luck
