my chicken is very sleepy and has white and clear very watery stools she lives with three other chickens that all seem fine and i was wondering what is wrong with her? her nose is clear and her wattle seems the same colour as normal, do you have any idea what is wrong?

not sure that the watery motions necessarily indicate any abnormality thought the lethargy probably does and may be effect of a myriad of diseases. Could be parasitic (worms) Protozoal (coccidia) Bacterial (salmonella) Virral etc etc.
From a practical point of view. Stress as little as possible. Check worming and keep your fingers crossed
