I have only ever posted twice on this site, once about my old dog Charlie who was suffering from kidney and just about every other organ failure, and more recently about my 5 month old puppy with skin problems. On both occasions I had prompt and excellent sound advice from regular contributors which was independently backed up by Stuart the vet who runs this site. I did, however, make sure that I posted my questions in the right category as this makes sure they show up as a question - you posted in the open forum rather that the 'other pets section'. This may be why your question was not answered as this is in the 'general chat' bit. Hope this helps, sorry to hear about the loss of your rabbit but you did the right thing listening to the vet - in my experience vets will not put an animal to sleep unless it is absolutely necessary. I felt exactly the same way after I had my elderly ill dogs put to sleep. I knew deep down it was the best thing to do for them but you still feel guilty - you are grieving after all. Give yourself time and it will get easier, I promise. xx

yes vets answer questions that too they are very prompt, you need to give them proper description and every details, Stuart helps alot with answers :)
