I understand that whilst I have been in Israel some callers have been getting a voice mail message. I have now removed this facility. Just keep ringing and it will be answered. There is no difference in the charge to the call line wherever I am as the premium rate line is directed to a uk landline and I am then charged for any forwarding costs. It may unfortunately take slightly longer to get through.
1 Call Advice Direct Vet is 24 hour advice line manned by veterinary qualified and experienced advisers. If you have any concerns over your animal's health you can call the Advice Line and receive impartial advice that will help you to decide how urgently veterinary attention is necessary for your animal.
How it works
This service can be used at any time of day or night. It can give you the assurance that you are not disturbing your busy vet unnecessarily nor putting your animal at risk by leaving a potentially dangerous situation to develop to a critical and perhaps life threatening stage.
