Rabbit nesting??my female, 7month rabbit is building a nest, i've heard this is normal_ shes in a large indoor cage by herself but she has also stopped eatting? should i have her checked out by a vet??? 27/1/12 Answer this question |

I brought her in July and had been by herself since then 27/1/12 |

then do watch her very carefully for any other signs of abnormality. Drinking and eating less or more, increased time spent grooming herself, loss of hair around the nipples or continued nesting behaviour are all reasons to get her checked out by a vet who is used to dealing with rabbits.
