Swollen lump snout

Hi there,
My dog has a swollen lump on his snout, I have no idea whether he’s knocked it or sniffed something up his nose. The lump is still there the next day. It isn’t causing him any bother.

Springers are incredibly nosy, no pun intended, so he has probably stuck his nose somewhere he shouldn't have but if it is still there tomorrow I think I would be taking him to the vet to get him checked out.

Also worth assessing the level of discomfort by prodding it and examination using s magnifying glass under bright light.
